Audio waveform not loading automatically on Final Cut Pro when seeking must pause

When I seek my project (video track with audio track), I have to pause the video so the audio/sound waveform actually loads, and repeat the process. It's exactly similar to what's happening to another user which already made a video:

Sample audio rate not supported in Adobe Premier on Mac Ultra Studio I'm trying to edit a video in Adobe Premier. I can see the sound is there on the timeline, but it will not play. I get an error that says "sample rate not supported but audio hardware" but it's at 4800 Hz. So I don't understand what the problem is. Sound plays on a web browser, but not in premier, and it appears to be a Mac HW issue. How can I fix this? Clicking on Attempt to force hardware to sample rate does nothing. thanks

Garageband AU Multiband Compressor UI not working I recently updated my Macbook and after updating, the Garageband AU Multiband Compressor UI is not displaying properly. I have reinstalled the sound library, as well as Garageband itself and still no luck. It seems that all other plugins function normally, but this plugin's UI specifically is not working properly.

This is how the application works, by default. It prioritizes playback performance over redrawing the thumbnails and waveforms.

You can change that with the free utility "CommandPost".

That’s normal behavior. The application Diane pre-read the timeline when it’s playing.
