The blur for wallpaper is not working

The blur for wallpaper is not working

I uploaded a picture as my wallpaper

however the blur effect on the main screen is not working when I select the blur from customize and is showing me as one of the solid background. Photo attached. My wallpaper shows the normal picture the moment I unlock my phone this is what I see.

my phone is iPhone 13 pro

recently brought and is up to date.
