I can't turn on/off "bedtime" alarm with the shortcut app

With the shortcut app I can activate/deactivate all the alarms on my iPhone with the exception of the "bedtime" alarm (the one set by the health app, with sleep times). When I create a shurtcut to activate/deactivate this specific alarm at the end of the shortcut execution a message confirms that the alarm is activated/deactivated but if I open the clock app my alarm has not changed its status.

Can someone help me? Is it a bug?
