Missing Scribble Toolbar

Hi!

I just updated to iOS 16 and I suddenly lost my Scribble toolbar (the little Apple pencil icon that shows tools such as space down and pencil keyboard) which I specifically use in the GoodNotes app. Has anyone experienced this? And does anybody know how to put it back?

My scribble is working properly, it's just that the toolbar is missing.
