Not much, other than learn to be more careful with your money.

Neither Apple or the bank are responsible for your actions. It's no different than giving someone on the street $100 for a "Rolex", only to find out it's a cheap fake. The bank is not going to give you $100 to cover your loss, and neither would Apple.
