iPhone 13 Pro screen photo disappears

I have a photo on the lock screen and background screen. Quite a few times a day this photo disappears and the screen is black. Seems to happen when i swipe up. I can still use the iphone it is still showing all the apps and works. If I want the photo back up I have to turn off the phone and it opens up with the photo back.
