yes, but only the model with ThunderBolt-2 and MagSafe and no other connectors on its lead-in cable.

Its twin, the Apple LED Cinema Display has Mini DisplayPort, MagSafe AND USB-2 connector. It will Not work with the Apple ThunderBolt-3 <-> ThunderBolt-2 adapter.
