How can I add a weather complication

Thanks I do understand what you have said. It is on the apps on my phone but not when I go into edit complications.. it shows as an app in the icons screen but not when you go as a list. See second photo.
The easiest thing to do is open the Watch App on your iPhone and make sure the Weather app is downloaded there. Then when you a weather complication on your Apple Watch face, it will pull information from the Weather App.
You may not have seen my edit. When you checked if you have the Weather App, I don't mean on your iPhone. Did you check the Watch App to make sure the Weather app is downloaded for Apple Watch. Once there, when you go to Watch App > Face Gallery > Find Metropolitan and customize the complications, you should have the option to choose Weather for the complication location you choose. Once you've customized the face to your needs at the top you choose Add and the face will be added to face library.
That's a 3rd party app. You need the Apple Weather App.
On which Apple Watch Face are you trying to add the weather complication too? And you checked the Watch App on your iPhone, not just the app on your iPhone for your iPhone.
Open the Watch App on your iPhone. Bottom Left, tap My Watch. Look at the Apps which are listed there? Take a shot of that list and post it.
I don’t see the Weather app in your screen shot.
