Hi ASY1986,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

We recommend that you try the steps here: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected

To perform the steps in the article, we suggested above, click and open the link, read the subheadings below, and try each step.

1) Reload the page
2) Check Safari extensions
3) Check Safari settings
4) Test with a private window
5) Install software updates
6) Check VPN or other security software
7) Check network settings

The reason why we are recommending the steps above is because they will show you what to do if Safari isn't working as you expect on your Mac.

If you’re still experiencing the same issue, then give the steps here a try: How to use safe mode on your Mac

We suggest these steps because Safe mode can help you determine whether an issue is caused by software that loads as your Mac starts up.

Cheers!

Hi J_Johnnyboy,

Thanks a lot for your reply, I tried almost all these steps and I reached to the point that I had to disconnect every thing connected to my Mac, actually I am using an external monitor UltraWide from ASUS ProArt PA34V with my Mac monitor closed so when I disconnect it and run on my Mac monitor it's work fine then I tried to connect again and work while my Mac monitor open it's work fine so the problem happen only when the Mac monitor close so I start play with displays settings and I found the refresh rate set between (40Hz-100Hz) and my external monitor can support until 100Hz so should be there is no problem any way I set the refresh rate at 100 Hz exactly and it's now working fine.

Have a nice day.
