Battery capacity iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.1

Hi everyone,

Have a question: updated my phone with iOS 16.1 and in a couple of days battery capacity get lower from 100% to 98%. Phone with me from June 2022. I'm not playing or making something abnormal. Simple using it. Is this OK?

On average, your battery health will decrease by 1% a month. It's not always linear, though. Sometimes it stays the same for a couple of months, then drops a couple of points. And, when you do a system upgrade, everything gets re-calibrated. Your battery is doing fine for the age of the phone.

There's really no reason to check battery health unless you're having issues with your phone or you're close to the end of the warranty. Check it when you get close to the end of the warranty and, if it's 80% or below, make arrangements to have it replaced under warranty.
