OS Ventura: Desktop icons shifting left after sleep

The hard-drive icons on the desktop are shifting to the left after screensaver turns on and Mac goes to sleep. Waking it up the icons are shifted to the left.

File and folder icons stay where I put them. (Grid is off, sort is off, stacking is off).

This happens with stage manager "off" or "on". No difference.

Mac Mini M1. Display LG 4k 32" with resolution set to 3840x2160.

Tried to uninstall Bitdefender in OS Ventura.

Turns out the uninstall does not work properly.

After the uninstall, the computer shows the beachball during startup and takes about 3 minutes to start.

Did a clean downgrade to Monterey. Migrated with TimeMachine backup.

Uninstalled Bitdefender in Monterey which worked fine.

Upgraded to Ventura again.

Back is the problem with the shifting Icons!

So - must be a bug in Ventura...
