I am getting intermittent loss of bluetooth connectivity on iMac running Ventura. Keyboard, Trackpad, AirPods, you name it. If it's bluetooth, I lose connectivity. Comes back on after turning bluetooth off and on in the settings panel. Intel iMac.

I have had the same issues since a few weeks on my iMac 27" (Late 2012) running MacOS Catalina. Not sure why. The connection to my Magic Mouse and keyboard keeps dropping every few seconds. Very annoying! I've tried everything. Turned off my wireless router in case it was interfering, didn't help. Tried to shut off everything in my house that was BT or wifi related, didn't help. Tried to reset the BT on my iMac, didn't help either.
As a last option I did a complete restore from Time Machine. Problem solved! Hope this helps you. Good luck!

Both updating and reinstalling iOS 16.0 did not help my bluetooth issue. Neither did updating to iOS 16.1 fix the problem. However, reinstalling iOS 16.1 did result in fixing my bluetooth problem (cross fingers).
It would be nice to hear from Apple if there is a possible connection between 16.1 and bluetooth, at least for Intel machines.
Same here I'm afraid.... Sigh.
But yesterday I moved my iMac to another room, and guess what happened... no bluetooth connection issues anymore! So now I need to find out what is interfering with my iMac's bluetooth connection...
Another update. I placed the iMac back in the original room where the problem started. No problems this time, so far. Could it be that cutting the power from the iMac for a few minutes solved the issue…? Did something reset in the computer…? Just a guess.
I tried, twice. Also per Apple support, I reset NVRAM. It looked good at first, but the next day I lost bluetooth connectivity again with the keyboard and trackpad. I restored it after hardwire connecting the keyboard and trackpad. After removing the cable, bluetooth connectivity was reestablished. This was all without using bluetooth headphones.
So, still sigh.
I spoke too soon. Back to frequent bluetooth disconnection.
Sigh.
I had my AirPods outside the shielding case but unused for an extended period when I had my Bluetooth problem. No problems now…so far.
Tried the power cycling. No luck, still cut out.
For at least 10 minutes unplug it. It is still working fine here. Good luck!
