Notes - 2 lock icons - 1 title
Why does my Notes title (only 1 of 37 ) suddenly have 2 lock icons for just 1 title?

Thank you for your reply. I have no problem locking or unlocking Notes.
My question and concern is why, recently 1 of my note-title suddenly has 2 lock icons, and the others only have 1 lock icon.
What causes this to happen, and I question it even more because of the note-title (personal title) with the double lock...could this mean that this note has been hacked?
