Can I transfer my Apple Care plan to new iPhone 13 Pro?
I have an IPhone 13 Pro with AppleCare paid for. I am buying a different an IPhone 13 Pro Max can I transfer my care plan to it?

No but you can cancel the plan for the old phone and get a new plan for the new one. See instructions in Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
