No iCloud Backups on Finder
Trying to restore my iPhone XR to an old iCloud backup but when I open manage backups there is nothing there. But there are loads of files when I search for them using spotlight.

You don't use finder to restore from your iCloud backup Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
