Backing up iphone to computer
having trouble backing up iphone to computer. I have Mac OS Monterey, but it doesn't show in finder
iPhone SE, iOS 15

Open Finder. Go to Finder/Settings. Click Sidebar. Check everything under Locations at a minimum; better yet, check all of the check boxes.
Then connect the phone, and it will show up under Locations.
