Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt 4

I have an old display monitor with a pigtail from the monitor ending in MagSafe for a MacBook and an early version of Thunderbolt. What do I need to convert the old Thunderbolt male end to work with a MiniMac M1 with Thunderbolt 3 & 4?
