Hotspot issue/Network reset

why do I have to reset my network settings every time I want to use my iPhones hotspot?

I use my hotspot on my computer. Every single time I want to use it, I have to go into my settings and rest my network settings.

Sometimes it will randomly disconnect or I will turn it off.

When I go to use it again, I have to do the same thing. Over and over.

I have checked all over the internet for solutions to not avail.

Both devices are up to date. I have no issue connecting my computer to other peoples hotspots so it isn’t the computer.

Excellent signal.

I have done resets on both devices. I have tried it all.
