Problem with Apple Pay, why I can’t use it what’s reason?
Apple Pay is not currently available in Kyrgystan. No one here in this user-to-user forum would know when or if that is likely to change.

Why Apple Pay have limits for countries?

If it’s possible to sent messages to developers Apple?
Software developers have nothing to do with this. It requires agreements with banks and other financial institutions.
