I recently purchased the iphone 14 pro max. I'm experiencing a problem though. The phone does not receive any text msg verification code when I access my xfinity online account or my bank online account. I do however receive txt msgs from an individual person. I checked my settings and all seem in order. What could be the problem?

If you're having issues receiving verification codes through text, we'd recommend the following steps:


  1. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. Contact your wireless carrier to confirm there aren't any issues on their side: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada - Apple Support (Select your region at the top.)
  3. If unresolved, contact Apple Support


Ensuring the device is updated and the cellular plan has no issues would be the best way to cover your bases before contacting Apple Support to assist further.
