Apple TV+ Streaming

if I subscribe to Apple TV , can I stream movies and tv shows from other platforms without having subscriptions to those other ones? in essence, can 1 subscription to appletv give access to the other platforms to watch as well?

Can videos be streamed directly from the Apple TV+ Web Site? I want to stream directly from tv.apple.com on my laptop. Apple does not support their app on any of my devices. I have a subscription to Apple TV+, but when I access the site and log in with my Apple ID, it still wants me to start a new subscription. I attempted to obtain an answer from the Help line, but the Apple representative couldn't seem to understand that none of my devices can run their app.

Watching Apple TV on other TVs I believe it's the current Apple TV version, and we added Peacock and Max apps, but when I go to another smart TV and log into my Apple TV account, those two apps aren't there. How do I watch those subscribed channels on other TVs? Was thinking about adding DirecTV, but I would need to be able to watch on other TVs in the house.

Sorry, no. An Apple TV+ subscription gives you access to Apple TV+ content, not to content from others such as Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, etc without paying for those streaming services.
