I can’t get the control center to appear on my watch, even when I swipe up.
when I swipe up, the control center is not there.

I resolved this problem after reading another thread that suggested turning off power to the watch and then turning it back on. I did that and got access to Control Center again. Here is the link: Use Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
