How do I set my 11pro to always use home wifi instead of cellular data?

How to unsync wifi settings between mac and iPhone I have MacBook pro and iPhone both in my iCloud ID. I want for phone to connect to different wifi's but Macbook must never connect to any other network other then my home one. I thought it would be easy, but Macbook keep connecting to other networks after i've remembered them in iPhone How to stop this?

Scroll all the way to the bottom of Settings/Cellular:

Go to Settings/Cellular and turn off Wi-Fi Assist.

I don’t see wifi assist - I do have low data mode on in cellular and wifi. Any additional thoughts?
