Excel worksheet keeps moving which is annoying. How to make it static

When I move the mouse, in an excel worksheet, at cell A1, when I move my mouse to right, the worksheet also moves. How to stop this. I tried with F12, but it did not work

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
