If Safari is not working as expected, follow If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected which includes steps to:
- Reload the page
- Check Safari extensions
- Check Safari settings
- Test with a private window
- Install software updates
- Check VPN or other security software
- Check network settings
