Blocked but iMessage says delivered still

It's not possible to look at your iPhone and know if someone has blocked you. Also, please remember that if you send a message to someone who has blocked you, everything will look normal to you on your end. This means that you will also see Delivered Status if you send messages via iMessage - but the message does not reach the recipient.

The recipient will also be unable to see that you have tried to send a message to them.

Remove that person’s phone number from your Contacts.

You can also ask you carrier to block that person’s phone number.
