hi... how do i add my ipad to my icloud account i forgot my pin to access it. it tells me to go to itunes but i can't find the option

You cannot add your iPad to your iCloud account without access to it. You need to log in to iCloud on the iPad and turn on Find My both of which should have been done when you setup your iPad originally and can only be done while you have access to the iPad.
If you can no longer access it, the only thing you can do is restore it to factory settings and set it up again.
