Safari bug on macOS ventura

Since 1,5-2 months on my MacBook Air the tab groups on safari are not working properly. When I close a tab in a tabgroup it automatically opens after a while. When this problem started I was using macOS Monterey and after installing macOS Ventura the problem didn't go away. By the way, after deleting the tab group and reopening safari the deleted tab group reappears.

How can get rid of this problem?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your tabs are reappearing after you have closed. If Safari is currently open on your Mac, quit it from the menu bar and re-open while holding down the Shift key to refresh cache.

If this behavior continues, contact Apple Support to investigate this behavior further for a solution.
