Airdrop wav files

HI! I want to send some wav files from MacBook to iPad using AirDrop. It says canceled. Other files send just fine. What's the problem?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

well the problem was I didn't have enough storage

Airdrop not saving files on Mac Trying to airdrop files from iOS 16.5.1 device to Mac with Ventura V.13.4.1 installed. I get the notification that the file is being transferred, but the file never appears in the downloads folder.
