Myanmar key "ဂ" “ရ”missing in Japanese Keyboard Layout ( ipad smart folio)

Myanmar key "ဂ" “ရ”missing in Japanese Smart folio ipad keyboard

but on screen keyboard, i can type correctly.

"ဂ" is [ up key (shift) + ; ]

“ရ” is [ up key (shift) + 7]

when i type with physical smart folio keyboard, it appears

[ up key (shift) + ; ] is +

[ up key (shift) + 7] is ‘

i am using ipad pro 2018 12.9inch ipad os 16.1 and smart folio keyboard (jp layout)

what should i do
