How to download old iOS

You are asking about downgrading to an older version of the iOS than the version that is currently installed on your iPhone. You are not going to be able to do that because Apple does not support downgrading to a previous iOS version.

Your camera may be using preserved settings from an earlier photo that you may have taken.

Double check the following:

Open Settings ➡️ Camera ➡️ Preserve Settings: Here, Ensure that Creative Controls & Exposure Adjustments are set to OFF.
