Revert to older MacOS
How do I change to MacOS Ventura back to MacOS Sierra?
iMac 27″, macOS 13.0

That far back requires a complete Erase of the drive & formatting it back to MacOS extended Journaled instead of APFS which Sierra can't deal with.
Do you have a good backup?
