Messages sent to my iPhone (using phone number) are no longer showing up on my Mac or iPad. I've tried re-syncing iCloud on Messages, but it's only showing my email settings and not my phone number.

What iOS do your have on your phone? If you updated to iOS 16 and are running MacOS Monterey 12.6 Messages will not sync. I had this problem when running iOS 16 and Mac)S 12.6. I spent nearly a month working with Apple Support and they were no help. Once I updated my macOS 13 to Ventura the problem went away.
Apple should have warned of the incompatibility but they didn’t.
Click on the apple logo in the upper left hand corner, then clock on About this Mac. On the window that opens you should see "Software Update" or something like that. When you click on it you should see the option to upgrade to 13.0.
