Macbook Pro M1 2020 can't detect iPad Air 5 M1 in Screen Mirroring

My Macbook Pro M1 2020 can't detect iPad Air 5 M1 in Screen Mirroring, however my iPad Air was able to detect and screen mirror my Macbook. I need external monitor for my macbook and it is not working.

Devices :

  1. Macbook Pro M1 2020 running Ventura 13.0
  2. IPad Air 5 M1 2022 running iPadOs16

Additional info:

  • both are logged into the same apple id, both are logged in to icloud
  • i have multiple times turn off wifi and bluetooth on both devices, shutdown, and restart , but doesnt work
  • both are connected to the same wifi
  • my macbook can detect my ipad's bluetooth through the bluetooth menu
  • my macbook can be connected to other monitor display using HDMI
  • i have enabled handoff of both ipad and macbook

Here are some pictures.

Help is greatly needed, as it will be very helpful to my productivity. Thanks!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0
