Apple keeps refunding but I didn’t ask for a refund

I’ve been having this issue for awhile now, I buy a sub on twitch for 30days through apple then hours later apple says a refund was requested but I DIDNT REQUEST A REFUND, it’s been going on for months, neither apple or twitch said they can help. There’s money in the account, it takes the money for the purchase then hours later says it’s refunding & a few days later I get the refund but I don’t want a refund, I didn’t ask for a refund, I just want my **** 30day twitch subscription. This has happened atleast 30x now & neither company has been any help & I can’t “report a problem” with the purchase because apple claims it’s been refunded so the purchase essentially no longer exists. HELP…
