This has been addressed before, but happened to me this morning. When you missed the moment, you missed the moment! I did turn my phone off and back on and that seems to have solved the issue for now. I do not understand why this has not been corrected in some kind of an update? It seems for as much as we paid for these phones, the camera should not do this!

Thanks! I had read the article and that’s how I knew to shut down and reboot. I filled out and submitted my report, so maybe if all of us who have experienced this do that, they’ll work on a solution.!
