Macbook doesn't show macOS Utilities

When I start my macbook pro 2011 15 inches it is showing a folder with a question mark. I'm correctly following what Apple says, I entered recovery mode (it doesn't even show my ssd), and after downloading something from the network to do the recovery it gets stuck on a white screen

Macbook Early 2009 fail So i don’t know exactly whats the problem. Shrotly to say i deleted everything on my mac and tried to reinstall with a new ssd but when it starts up it shows and folder with questions mark. When i try to hold command and R it does nothing and get me to the same question sign folder. I tried alt+command +R nothing, shift+command +alt+R does nothing, tried to reinstall from an bootable usb when holding option key it shows anly white screen and mouse on it with no option to boot from any source

2011 MacBook Pro 15inch, only boots to folder with question mark or recovery mode but wont boot into OS I’ve got a late 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch that will boot to a white screen with a folder and a question mark. I can enter internet recovery but nothing else. It allows me to reinstall Mac OS but it won’t boot into Mac Os. It has a brand new hard drive cable and I have tested the hard drive in a working Mac and it does work. I’m puzzled at this point and hoping it’s not the famous gpu problem with these.

Do you have access to another Mac?

If so, you can make a bootable medium with Macos on that one and boot the broken Mac from the bootable medium when pressing option at startup

I only have one windows now. But I downloaded an image from High Sierra and put it as bootable, I hope it works
