cannot play movies from new computer

I bought a new Windows PC. Deauthorized Itunes on my old PC, authorized on my new PC. When I log into Itunes I see my movie library, but when I try to play a movie, I get a garbled screen - not the movie.

iTunes Movie Download Experience Not the Same on All Computers I just bought a movie recently from the iTunes Store. The main computer I use for movies uses HighSierra and iTunes 12.8.2. I can download the movie fine, but when I want to watch, iTunes asks me repeatedly to authenticate to the iTunes account. I comply and soon find my self in a repeat loop. Authenticating to the iTunes Account is successful but I am unable to watch the new movie. I have unauthorized my Mac then reauthorized it. It is authorized and I have only one iTunes account. I've also logged out and logged back into my Mac. I can delete the downloaded movie and watch the streamed version only on this Mac. I can watch the same movie on my iPad. I have a M1 Mac Mini on Ventura 13.3.1. I downloaded the movie there and can watch the download OK from the TV app (v1.3.4.56). I've also tested it on a Windows 10 PC. Downloaded the same movie from my Library. The PC uses iTunes 12.12.8.2. I can watch the new downloaded movie in iTunes Windows. What's the deal with my first Mac? Why is it unable to play without iTunes bugging me about authorization? I bought XXX (Vin Diesel, 2002) the same day and it played fine without a hassle on the first Mac. What has changed at the iTunes Store?

Trying to configure Apple Music on my PC I have used iTunes in the past, and have Apple Music on my iPhone containing albums that I had previously uploaded to iTunes via my computer or paid to download directly. I have recently downloaded Apple Music to my PC. Once I login with my Apple ID the app recognizes my library, but I cannot play any of the songs. It tells me that I need to "authorize this computer from the Account menu". When I do that, and login again with my Apple credentials, it tells me that my password has changed, and "Please sign out from the Account menu and try again". Well, the password has not changed (since I just logged into Apple Music with it), and when I do that I get the same response. Apple help, via chat, had no clue how to assist me. Hopefully someone in the Community know the answer.

Apple Music and Apple TV authorization issues on Windows Both Apple Music and Apple TV apps on windows keep not authorizing because "your password was changed, log out and sing back in" over and over. I have tried to no avail on multiple devices to make this work first try. I have been unable to authorize one computer without this issue. I have deauthorized all my computers. On one computer that I did get it to work but that was after removing every single thing on the computer's hard drive, registry keys and hidden files and folders that had apple in it. After reinstalling the apple music app, I got it to work. Tried the same thing on my main computer but it still failed. So, I reinstalled iTunes, authorized it, and then install the Apple Music app and it was authorized. This shouldn't be happening. Apple get your act together. Why can't we just keep iTunes? Why force us to have to open multiple apps to find our media. This is why I use Plex. Everything in one place, except all the music I previously purchased in iTunes. Back to the problem. Please fix authorization. I know I changed my password. I specifically did that because it seemed to have been hacked. But now please make your apps work. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Presumably you already have the latest version of iTunes and drivers for you graphics card. You could, I suppose, try a slightly older build of iTunes in case this is a particular issue for your hardware and this build.
