iPhone 14 Pro - recommended chargers and speed?

Some newb questions from someone who recently migrated from Android.

Is there any info on:

a) how fast the iPhone 14 Pro can charger? (i.e. what is the maximum wattage it can take?)

b) what is the recommended wattage for a charger for the iPhone 14 Pro?

I have been using an Apple 20 Watt USB-C charger, and just feel it is charging slowly, for example only 4-5% charge gained after having been plugged in for about 10 minutes. Is this normal or does the iPhone 14 Pro need a higher Watt charger?

It was around 20% and I do have default battery optimization settings turned on.

Now that I have been reading more about this, it seems it also depends on what time of day you plug it into the charger. It seems if you do so at night then it will slow charge until you wake up to have a full charge in the morning. I had not considered that.
