Hi-Just upgraded to Ventura on my M1 MBP and unlike previous versions I can no longer launch an application via Spotlight. It doesn't list my applications. In System Settings I have Applications checked. I have restarted my Mac. Is there a setting I need to set that I haven't found? Thank you so much for any help!

If you are certain the Spotlight Index was rebuilt, you could try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. There's no reason Spotlight would "avoid" searching the HD.
Try rebuilding the Spotlight Index.
System Settings > Siri & Spotlight > Spotlight Privacy…
Add the Macintosh HD to the list then delete it again immediately.
That didn't work for me. When I do Command+Space Bar for Pages (my test subject) all I get are Safari suggestions. That makes me think that Spotlight Search is avoiding searching my HD.
I am not sure what fixed the issue but it seems to be working just fine now. Maybe it was a restart I did or a good night's sleep... Thanks for taking the time to post to my query.
