Standard Chartered Bank App is not working properly in Iphine 14Pro, but was working good in Iphone 11.

However, thousands of other apps have no issues with touch sensitivity on the iPhone 14, so the evidence is clearly against it being the phone.
When i am logging in on Standard Chartered Bank app, the logout option in the touch screen is not working, the back option is not working which is properly working in iphone 11. Hope its a bug in Iphone 14Pro. If touch is not working on a app its not the bank fault,
The app is authored by a company on behalf of the bank, and it appears the app was not properly written to support iOS 16.1 and/or the iPhone 14.
Only your bank can correct the issue.
If you look at the App Store entry for your app, there should be an App Support link that allows you to contact them.
You will need to contact Standard Chartered Bank.
In Iphone 11 i can use standard chartered bank app and in Iphone 14Pr i cant use the app so its not fault of the bank. Apple has to answer.
It's a third party app and Apple has zero control over it.
Only your bank can correct the issue.
Boss If you cant resolve the problem is ok, its a clear bug from Apple.
