Standard Chartered Bank App is not working properly in Iphine 14Pro, but was working good in Iphone 11.

The app is authored by a company on behalf of the bank, and it appears the app was not properly written to support iOS 16.1 and/or the iPhone 14.

Only your bank can correct the issue.

If you look at the App Store entry for your app, there should be an App Support link that allows you to contact them.

It's a third party app and Apple has zero control over it.

However, thousands of other apps have no issues with touch sensitivity on the iPhone 14, so the evidence is clearly against it being the phone.
