In messages when i try to send a voice message the icon that is usually there is replaced by a microphone icon

You now have to tap the blue audio message button in the app drawer.

Can not send audio messages at this time The problem is back with creating voice messages within text messaging. I use to get a microphone icon with the text space but no longer. And when I tap on the voice message icon all I get is “can not send audio messages at this time”. My microphone work well with my Dictionary app for looking up words filling in the word I pronounce. And it works fine with the voice memos app.

Sending voice messages, in iMessage There used to be an icon in the text messages chat box that you would click on to record a voice message and said that somebody. But now it has only a microphone and when you click on it, it does text dictation. Which is great, but I really need to be able to use voice. The voice audio voice message feature is there a way to turn it back on or a setting?
