Apple Watch series 7 doesn't want to charge after battery dying (turn off)while twinning with iphone

My series 7 apple watch was twinning with my new iphone (13 pro max),and while twinning my apple watch turned off . When i was home i put my watch on its charger but it didn't want to charge , it shows me a red bolt time in green. help me please .
