Pairing Apple Watch to new Apple ID

Hi,

I have a problem with pairing my Apple Watch to my new Apple ID. I used to use my previous Apple ID for pairing. I deactivated my previous Apple ID without unpairing the my Apple Watch. How can I pair my new Apple ID with the Watch?
