How do I add purchased songs into a playlist automatically?

On my older iPhone I use to have a folder in my playlist called "Purchased" and when I purchase songs from iTunes Store it would automatically add those songs in there.

How to I get to do this again. Don't know when it got deleted or changed on Mac OS

creating playlists FROM downloaded songs residing on an iPhone 12Max Pro I have a few thousand songs that I have uploaded to my iPhone over time from my Apple Music app. I have several thousand more songs in the app itself, so much so, it won't all fit on my phone. I'm trying to create a playlist from the existing songs on my phone, so when I complete the required reset to make it work right after the latest "update", I can have all my current songs end up back where they belong. When this was iTunes, it wasn't this complicated. Anyone have a suggestion how I can do this without dropping and dragging each individual song into a playlist.. This is ridiculous ..

Why delete?! How can I keep my music, including playlists, on my iphone, when adding music to my library that I have purchased(in CD form and copied onto my itunes) and then added to whats on my phone, without itunes deleting everything that I have on my phone??? What would have been 5 minutes, to add the CD’s I received for Christmas gifts, to add to my phone, has turned into an all day event! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

On an iPhone, Purchased Music is shown in Your Library under Playlists.

On a Mac, select the iTunes Store in the Sidebar, and scroll up to the bottom and select Purchases. I don't think purchases has ever been shown in a playlist like on an iPhone.
