Share a pdf from Pages via mail

Hi. Up until Mac OS Ventura it was possible to create a pdf within pages using the sharing dialog which then opened a blank email that I was able to personalize and send off to someone.

The new sharing dialog within Ventura doesn't give the option anymore. I can only send that .pages document.

Does anyone know how I can get this feature back? I was using it all the time and now the only option that's left for me is create a short cut, that I don't know how to do or export as a pdf somewhere and copy paste it into an email. Seems kinda silly.
