I can’t find Apple Cash on my Wallet setting

Hi, and welcome to the Apple Community,
The "Related article" above your question says you turn Apple Cash on in Settings on your iPhone.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
- Turn Apple Cash on.
- Under Payment Cards, tap Apple Cash.
- Tap Continue, then follow the instructions on your screen.
