My order was recorded as canceled and no charge was made. But in my order, the payment is the amount that I deducted. So where did that money go?
I am a little confused: if your order was cancelled, you were not billed (Apple bills when the item ships) - so what kind pf refund were you expecting?
You need to check with Apple to see if they actually sent gift cards - that is what you were billed for. I do not know if a gift card is automatically cancelled if the device order is cancelled.
Now how do i check with apple about the card? Besides calling, can I send an application to apple?
