Mainstage channel settings getting corrupted

This does not happen all the time but frequently enough to cause live show problems. When I select a patch that I have been using for some time one of the channels will say it is pointing to the correct software instrument but the sound is either corrupted or wrong until I re-select the software instrument. Or, the channel loses it pointer to the software instrument entirely.

Anyone else experience this weird behavior?

Any solution?
