MMS and Group Messages on Mint Mobile

I cannot send MMS to Android phones. Also, Group Messaging is weird, I get them but they look like they're coming from a single person...anyone else?

I switched to Mint Mobile while I had my iPhone 13 and had no problems what.so.ever.

I have literally spent hours on Chat Support with Mint and they are maintaining everything looks good on their end. WELP!Apple Support ran diagnostics remotely on my iPhone 14 and said "no problem"

Bottom line, MMS not working for Androids -

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Contact Mint and speak to someone higher up, that is their feature not Apples.

Contacted Mint Mobile asking for my ticket #. All they said was “this ticket is closed. Case was resolved, as there has been MMS activity from that SIM”

I explained to them (again) that my issue is with Android phones. I can send MMS to iPhones all day long.

crickets… oh well.

Want cheap cellular service? Anyone?
